A Dinner to (Almost) Die For
Before diving into the thriller Aspe – Murder in the Nightclub, we decided to solve our own mystery first:
Where do you eat well in Antwerp without risking disappointment?
Enter NOVA. A small place with big flavors and a menu that reads like an open invitation to share, taste, and repeat.

NOVA Antwerpen
Volkstraat 13, 2000 Antwerpen
Flavors from start to finish
We kicked off the evening with two refined starters:
A shrimp carpaccio that melted on the tongue
And a perfectly balanced burrata with prosciutto: creamy, salty, fresh… everything you hope for on one plate
Then we went all-in with four different pinsas. Never heard of pinsa?
It’s pizza’s Roman cousin, made with a mix of wheat, rice, and soy flour, fermented slowly, and lighter in texture.
It’s easier to digest and packed with flavor, and trust us, you can taste the difference.
For dessert? A homemade tiramisu that struck the perfect balance between light and sinful.
Small restaurant, big personality
NOVA Antwerp isn’t big, and that’s exactly what makes it so cozy.
The vibe is warm, the service is smooth and genuinely kind.Every dish hit the mark: no over-the-top fuss, just well-crafted, flavor-forward plates. You can feel the love for ingredients and a keen eye for quality in every bite.
💡 Tip: Reservations highly recommended, and for good reason, this place fills up fast.
A Murder-Free Murder Dinner
The combo of pinsa and a murder mystery turned out to be surprisingly satisfying. But even without dramatic plot twists, NOVA is a keeper in our book.
Will we go back? Absolutely. And not just for the tiramisu. 😉
